Fall is Here and Wyndham Lakes is buzzing...
I am so excited because a typical morning weather is about 69 degrees, with no rain. Oh!what a beautiful feeling. I haven't stopped appreciating Wyndham Lakes and I love it everytime I am on it, coming home or going out. It is more fun now because there are more home-owners coming out for a morning stroll, jog or bike ride. My daughter has a morning stroll every morning and as the sun rises every morning, she is knocked out by the time the 1hour walk is done. Actually, this has become a ritual because as she grows up into a toddler, she hardly keeps to her nap times that much anymore so if I can get her to get that "much needed" mid-morning nap by taking a walk, that makes my day.
The other evening, the darkness had set in by 6pm. That was ok because it is a wonderfully safe neighborhood. I put on my walking shoes, got the kids (one in stroller, one on bike) and we headed out. We must have said "hello, lovely weather, have a good evening" to about 10-15 people. This was nice.
Last night, whilst daddy put the kids to bed, I got out my "goodie bags" which I had made a week ago, awaiting my "courier boys" to start the deliveries, put my sneakers on and made the deliveries myself. In an effort to continue marketing, I created a goodie bag with the following contents:
- Lovely magnet with a very catchy poem about "rules of the house"
- "FAME" business cards that have discounts on the back and valid for 1 year
- A letter giving everyone a heads up that there is a "realtor in the house", a little piece of my marketing strategy to earn their business, list of homes that just sold and also what they can expect from me in the future.
I delivered a package to every home in Baypointe community. It was a nice feeling and I know that my magnet is on the fridge of my neighbors homes. Either way, I got to meet and know my neighbors and will continue, one stroll at a time.
Sorry, got to go for that stroll. The weather is in the 60s tonight and I would hate to miss my stroll. Lately, it seems the only time I can get some good exercise anyway. The clocks turning back have someone restricted me from waking up at 5.30am. Then again, who is complaining? I am looking forward to my evenings on Wyndham Lakes.
Till we blog again, take a "virtual stroll" on http://www.wyndhamlakeshomes.net/ and imagine what I live with daily. If you would like to see more, call me on 484.410.6569 and I will take you down wyndham lakes to see the homes in this lovely area of Coral Springs.
Asta La Vista!!!
