Boise Short Sales

Short Sales sale listings in theTreasureValleyshowed another 3% decrease from listed short sales in October which were also down 3% from September.  With the slow down in foreclosure starts in November short sale listings have also followed the downward trend.

In looking at listed REO’s we can see a perfect example of lenders practicing inventory control and controlling the number of distressed properties entering the market place.  Even though banks are taking back more properties than ever at foreclosure auctions, they are holding them back and not listing them on the market as to not further depress home prices.
