We've been working hard helping an agent become more productive!

Services for Real Estate Pros with The Real Estate Tech Desk

It's been a while since I've done a post, and according to the emails that I have been receiving, I'm well over due for producing a great blog.  I really do have a good reason why!  We have been so incredibly busy working with our clients producing excellent marketing material, to help them become more productive in this industry.

Today, I want to announce the release of a brand new website that we have created for Renee Melanson, A licensed Maryland Realtor & a Licensed Washington, DC Realtor.  Take a look at her new website,  and please send me any feedback (good or bad) that you have - all feedback helps!  Not only is Renee releasing her new website today, she is also a brand new member of Active Rain.  So send her a warm welcome (link to her AR blog is on her website)  and encourage her to start blogging!

I look forward to your feedback!

Very nice looking site.  It was worth the hard work.

Looks like the site is coming together nicely. One item that might be a bit of a challenge is the dual scrolling nav bars to search for homes. That can make the search navigation experience less than ideal.

Bobby, Yes, the dual scroll can be a pain--luckily all the fields can be viewed without scrolling....the results definitely show fine, that was a problem we faced, and are working with resolving, but as I am sure you have dealt with as well, the client wanted to use this search method - for budget reasons, she will be changing to a 3rd party vendor hopefully within the next 2-3 months, at which time, we won't have this issue.

we still have some more work to do, and we are still implementing content on her site-which is an ever going battle.

Thanks for taking the time to give your advice!

David, congratulations - very nice!  I linked through to Renee's ActiveRain profile, but she hasn't posted a blog yet.  Glad to see you back online.
