December 23, 2011 Blogging Challenge - 31 day Challenge Katy Texas Day 23. –Potential Client Follow-up and Activity Summary
I am following the lead of some of my AR virtual friends with posting to meet the December Challenge. This is a summary for the Blogging Challenge where each of us identifies the things that were done each day in December that will help grow our business in 2012. We are required to post a minimum of 5 times each week to record our daily activities and I have been posting each day so far. I have changed my plans and will post 5 times per week going forward on weekdays and this will save me from having to post on Christmas day. Market reports and Localism posts are included in the activities that we can accomplish each day in December. I did not write a blog challenge post starting on Saturday December 17, 2011 and on Sunday December 18, 2011 but did report my activities for those dates here along with Monday December 19, 2011 therefore starting the new week on schedule. I will post Blogging Challenge reports this week on Monday December 19, 2011 as I previously stated thru Friday December 23, 2011. This is the last day this 5 day period I will post Challenge activity until Monday December 26, 2011 and I will include activities for December 24, December 25 and December 26, 2011.
Friday December 23, 2011 - I posted Localism blog about having a brown bag lunch with Santa and it is titled Santa in Katy Texas for Brown Bag Lunch . I continued to followed up on several potential clients who have requested Listing Search Notifiers be sent to them every time a home meets their criteria is listed on the Houston MLS system plus other folks who just went on the web site. I have been doing this even for potential leads that are maybe stale dated. I continued to send an E-mail modified to each potential client which asks if I can create a custom search for them where they will end up with their own web page that will contain all homes meeting their criteria. I have been continued to work on my Christmas card mailing with a handwritten message in each card and hope to be able to send most of these cards out in the next several days.
I am unsure right now how many if any comments I will be laeving on Dec 24 and dec 25 but I will be back at full steam on Dec 26.
Below is my quick message I have for everyone and I have left this message on some of blog comments I wrote today:
