So exciting, all the growth opportunity in this shifting real estate market... and just when the local brand real estate companies are struggling to stay afloat. Keller Williams is opening now in Mentor; we just were awarded our Mentor/Lake County franchise license last week! The local companies are realizing that they cannot afford to stay in business with their old school neighborhood offices... our regional market center model is the envy of the industry... more cost effective for ownership groups, and more energizing that the local 30 person offices. Our typical offices grow to over 200 agents.
And I am especially excited to visit Atlanta for our annual meetings, which we call Family Reunion... this year, February 9-13th.
