You may be wondering what Planetary Alignment & The Idaho Housing Market have to do with each other. I like the power of a good analogy as much as the next guy! So here is what I see in the stars for Real Estate.
- Solar Eclipse or Lunar Eclipse - relatively common events! In order to view them you have to be in the right place at the right time.
- Partial Planetary Alignment - is less common - maybe every 40 to 50 years. This is when the planets appear to line up in the atmosphere ... something like a great housing deal that comes along ... it may only happen once in a persons home buying experience ... and it may happen so that a great deal appears to several people but only one ends up acting upon the opportunity.
- Total Planetary Alignment - happens about once every 200 years (or should I say appears to happen - as all 9 planets are in separate orbits) - This phenomenon happens once every 4 generations.
What's my take on it all? Just watch the video ... and feel FREE to share it with your clients that question what this market has to offer.
