There is Hope...
Who remembers that deal that was really easy, almost no bumps, obstacles, third parties creating delays, just easy. Both Realtors and attorneys acting as professionals with one common goal.
I have forgotten what those were like until just recently. I thought I would just express my thanks and for those of you who lost hope in their existence, they still do exist. They maybe few and far between but they do exist. These deals are needed to make those nail biting, hair pulling, wrinkle creating deals worth it.
Perfect way to end 2011 and start 2012 off. So I must give my praise to the Real Estate gods for restoring my faith.
I wish many of these for myself as well as all the rest of AR members in 2012.
