Only FOUR more business days until 2012

When I joined the Real Estate community in 2004, business days took on a whole new meaning to me.

Before, I never had to look at a calendar to figure out if a bank, title company or the County clerks office would be open on a particular date.

Next week, we only have Tuesday through Friday to close any last minute deals. I am waiting for a short sale approval letter from a second lien holder. Once I have that we are ready to rock and roll. The scheduled close date is Friday, December 30th, the last business day of 2011.

So here I am in the hurry up and wait mode.

Hard to believe with over a week left in the year that there are only 4 biz days, Cynthia - that really puts the timing in perspective for all those trying to get transactions closed by end of year!

Cynthia~ I've got no sense of time. When I went in to the hospital it was the end of July and hot. When I came home there was so on the ground and no leaves on the trees. I felt like Rip Van Winkle and it didn't feel good.

I'm doing my best to enjoy each day for what it is, another day on this earth with my friends and family surrounding me with love and support. I'll take all the business and non-business days I can get. They both have a whole new meaning for me!
