Boise Housing Inventory at Record Lows--that can only mean one thing!

Boise has had it's share of PRICE Dropping over the last few years, but this Trend has shown how the market will reverse itself quickly.  Following is a graph that I put together from information on the National Association of Realtors Website:

Boise Home Prices

As you can see, Prices have dropped in our area, but luckily they have stabilized; what does this mean?  It means it's a Great Time to Buy in Boise, IDAHO!  Before you start to think this trend is going to continue please take a look at the following graph:

Boise Metro Housing Inventory

Home Inventory has dropped sharply in the last 4 years meaning that prices must go UP because the supply for Housing is at a 4 year low.  Because prices have stabilized and Inventory remains low, it appears that prices will be heading back up due to a serious shortage in supply.  You will get a better deal right now on a home in Winter Months than in the Spring, so Now might be the absolute perfect time to buy in this market.
