First Time Buyers Classes in Bozeman Montana

First Time Home Buyer Classes

                        Class Schedule:  1^st Quarter 2012

For anyone that is considering a home purchase in Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, or Three Forks, the Gallatin County HRDC program is offering their First Time Buyers classes on the following schedule:

January 10^th, 17^th, & 24^th                     6pm to 9pm
Feb 4^th (Saturday)                               9am to 6pm
March 6^th, 13^th, & 20^th                         6pm to 9pm

You must attend all three nights to obtain your certificate of completion, I will be teaching the Real Estate section of the March course.  Once you have received your certificate, if you qualify, there are down payment assistance progams and financing options that would not have been available to you otherwise.

Even if you don’t, or cannot, take advantage of the programs, and you have never owned a home before, this class can be a valuable tool in preparation for you.  Learn the process, expenses, insurance details, and specific steps from financing to closing.
