Merriment and festivities

By
Real Estate Agent

People have long used holidays as a means to make merriment and so it is with Christmas.  Despite the holiday's merriment and festivity, you still need to be cautious as to how much alcohol you may consume, because, wait for it, heavy drinking of alcoholic beverages impairs the drinker's judgement.  So please don't drink and drive!  Don't take a chance and think, 'it wouldn't happen to me'.  It very well may be your last works.  If you are going to drink, have a designated driver, don't drink and drive.

Hi Dee,  These are wise words indeed.  We should probably stop using our cell phones as much as we do while driving as well.  Easy to be distracted while negotiating a deal, driving down the road at high speeds.  I am going to add you as an associate in case I have a referral to send your way one day down the road.  I would love it if you also added me as an associate as I truly do love referrals.  I live up north in Eugene, OR and hope you have a super Christmas.  thanks, Colin

Always good advice -- especially this time of year when so many are celebrating!  You need keen judgment to drive and also to be aware of those driving around you!

One and done is the way it has to be.  The limit doesn't even creep up on you any more, you're already there.  Just saw our first news of a holiday DUI death a couple of hours ago.  So sad to experience when it's so easily prevented.  Hope that your holiday is a great one Dee.  Great advice to be heeded by all!

Colin,
You mentioned a good point about not using our cell phones while driving.  Thanks for thinking of me as a referral and adding me as an associate I appreciate it.

Carie,
So true, so true.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you my friend, where have you been?  I keep looking to the right at my blog subscription and I don't see anything new from you, so busy you don't have time to blog?

Jennifer,
By some it will be, but there are some who still think they are invincible or just don't really care, and those are the ones we have to keep warning.
