Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
It's so hard to believe that another year is nearly over but I am ready to say goodbye to 2011 and welcome in 2012. My area in Southern New Hampshire had a very tough real estate year with foreclosures impacting the market and driving prices down. While real estate is so very local and other parts of New Hampshire fared a little better the over all picture of the New Hampshire real estate market was on par with 2010 if not a little bit lower in terms of sales sate wide.
My outlook for 2012 is all positive as I really think that it will be a better year for many so therefor I say bring it on!
