Keller Williams is the most wonderful realty business. Before I was licensed, I was warned that real estate was a dog eat dog world. Even agents inside your own company fought for listings and buyers, and everyone was left to fend for themselves. I didn't understand what they meant because I chose to work with Keller Williams of Hickory. Everyone in the office was tripping over themselves to help me start out as a new agent. And even the other new agents were helping me to get started with my career. I've heard the horror stories of the other companies and the agents fighting over the business and commissions. You will never see that here at Keller Williams. It's always a Win-Win situation or no deal at all. Even if the customers aren't happy they can cancel they're agreement with us without a fee or any obligations.
