You have to move fast! - you aren't the only one who needs a rental home in Buffalo Grove. I also recommend that you work with a Realtor who knows the area and the nuances of the subdivisions, associations, and condo buildings. One time, a new client called me after she found out at the last minute that the building she was going to rent through another realtor didn't allow rentals unless they were grandfathered.
