From time to time I got back and visit the stats on old blog posts. Most of them are ones that are about Lake Sinclair, annual events around Lake Sinclair or local businesses around Lake Sinclair. I was looking at one of my posts from three years ago about a new local business opening up and it has generated a lot of viewers and people clicking through to read it. But... then I noticed a post a wrote that has over 2000 clicks that not only had nothing to do with real estate, but one of those of the personal nature. I wonder who those 2000 people are and what they were searching for when they found my post about my Christmas Love Letter.
That post was written when someone asked the question "what do you really want for Christmas?"
As tradition would have it, I got that letter again this year. I hope that some day our children will read these letters and know how much love we share. I'm so blessed that I'm married to a man who loves me with all his heart, but even more so blessed that he can express it so well.
I wouldn't put his entire letter into one of my posts. But I want to share just a little of this years letter with you.
"Almost daily you do or say something that makes my life better than it was just a minute ago"
So for those folks who have read my post...
some day maybe I will share more of my Donald's love letters. But no matter what challenges we face in life, no matter what sadness and heart break... I'm lucky enough to know we will always face them together. I hope you were blessed with love this Christmas and every day. I sure am.
My Donald makes me a better person, a better wife, a better mother, a better friend and a better real estate broker. If you ever meet him you'll see why.
