Return Of Three Minute Real Estate: Term. Short videos promoting a common understanding of real estate fostering real estate education and a greater understanding one word at a time.

Real estate has it’s own jargon, it’s own colloquialisms, both industrially, locally, with-in individual offices and often unique to individual agents. Hopefully together we can promote a common understanding, one word at a time.

Bill many Borrowers are not aware that there is a difference between the Term and Amortization, but you did an excellent job in explaining the difference between the two in a simple and easy to follow way.

These are meant to be simple. They are unscripted so I don't get detailed.

You and I may need deeper understanding, but the important thing is the Agents and their clients need to understand!
