Welcome to this edition of  The Monday Morning Message..... I hope you had the best weekend ever and found the time to relax, laugh, and enjoy the Holiday.  This is the last week of 2011.  I truly hope that you have enjoyed these Monday Messages as much as I have enjoyed sending them to you.  They will continue this upcoming year and I would love to hear from you when you enjoy them.  All of us have accomplished much and we should be proud of the amazing progress we have made.  We take with us the experiences that we have had and we start a new year better off and smarter.  We need to resolve to always keep an open, positive, and helpful mindset.  We need to resolve to always do our very best, take care of ourselves and all those around us, and be willing to go the extra mile every time we can.  We need to make sure we spend as much time, if not more, with family and friends as we do working.  We need to find our passions and keep those flames lit.  I wish you all the very best and I look forward to seeing your best year yet.

This week finish off those last minute things that you did not yet do this year and spend some significant time planning for 2012.  It will be your best year ever should you decide!!!  Happy New Year to you all.

ENCOURAGEMENT CORNER...

Tick Tock
I’m writing this in a state of shock,
Watching the clock—tick tock, tick tock,
Advancing, approaching, relentlessly,
A brand new year; Oh, can it be?
The calendar says the same thing, too;
Time races, vanishes for me; Boo hoo!
No, wait! If time flies, I’m having fun!
A year of fun! It’s gone! It’s done!
I now embrace the blur of time,
Because it simply means that I’m
Too busy with pleasure, joy, delight
To mourn the passing days’ swift flight.
So I’m wishing you fast, happy days,
Pleasuring you in myriad ways,
Filled with happiness and cheer,
Oh Happy, Happy Bright New Year!

WORDS TO LIVE BY....

An optimist stays up until midnight to see the new year in.  A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves.
Bill Vaughan

One resolution I have made, and try always to keep, is this:  To rise above the little things.
John Burroughs

I think in terms of the day's resolutions, not the year's.
Henry Moore

Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better man.
Benjamin Franklin

Year's end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us.
Hal Borland

What the New Year brings to you will depend a great deal on what you bring to the New Year.
Vern McLellan

LET'S MAKE THIS THE BEST WEEK OF THE YEAR - It's the LAST one!!!

I like the Ben Franklin quote the best closely followed by John Burroughs to "Rise above little things"
