MAJOR change for using FMLS FormsPro begins on January 1, 2012.
GAR decided to charge for using their forms. If you are a Realtor®, not much changes. If you are not a Realtor®, you have two choices: you may pay $199. per year to use the forms or you may use the new forms being developed by FMLS/GMLS or commercial vendors.
How do I get to my previously entered forms?
If you are an ACTIVE Realtor®, it is easy. You'll just enter your NERDS ID# to access the GAR forms. If you have paid the $199. annual fee to use the forms, you'll enter a new ID assigned to those who pay.
Don't want to pay or to be a Realtor®?
The forms you already have in the FMLS system will be available for your use as an archived document, you may read them, or retrieve them or print them but you will not be able to edit the forms any longer.
Other forms?
FMLS and GMLS have joined together to develop a series of STANDARD forms for their members to use. Their variety of forms is limited at this time although they plan to keep adding more forms as they are developed. In addition, some commercially available forms are referenced in the FMLS INFO.
