Certified Pre-Foreclosure & Short Sale Specialist

Real Estate Agent with HomeBased Realty

I  just completed her training as a Certified Pre-Foreclosure and Short Sale Specialist. I am one of only 150 such Certified Specialists in the State of California.

There are several alternatives to foreclosure, such as a payment modification plan, a repayment plan on late amounts, or a short sale, which causes less damage to a homeowner's credit scores. I am trained to work with lenders' loss mitigation departments, and complete the specialized paper work needed for a successful short sale.

Please give me a call if you have any questions (661) 618-9444 or e-mail me @ DonnasDreamHomes@earthlink.net

That sounds like a great course... Maybe you can share some of the key points with others on AR.

It is a wonderful course.  It is a total of 5 days (a two day class followed by a three day class) and is one of the best classes I have attended.

I will post information in the next few weeks! If you are interested in the calls you can go to www.frontlineseminars.com

Don't forget renting out your home and moving somewhere less expensive!  Even if you have to float the difference between your rent payment and mortgage, there is a chance you can keep your home and sell it when the market is right.

Brandon  - I took the class in Los Angeles. I am not sure when  the next class will be offered. I believe next year they will be in Arizona. Check out their website: http://www.frontlineseminars.com/

Have you seen the class from RealtyU which is an online designation for Short Sale Professionals?

I purchased my course from here:  http://www.cfsdesignation.com/

I found the course to be Extremely worth my time and money.  I paid ~ $ 260.00 for it.  I can honestly say I understand the entire foreclosure process, and I have found this to be priceless when talking to Experienced Investor type Buyers.  I picked up one investor (I believe it was because I could talk intelligently about the foreclosure market).  We have a contract pending on a $ 265,000 four-flat (resale market).

I don't know about getting the REO listings, but in this market give me a serious buyer!

CDPE, Short Sale Expert, 954-665-9449,

I have completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. It is a course that has been approved by the Florida Association of Realtors, Howard Briton's Star Power, Keller Williams Realty, ect. ect.

It is being taught all over the country and even as a distance course through webinars. Check them out at www.CDPENOW.com

If you are speaking about the Certified Distress Property Expert designation I would say that it is completely worth it. They are so confident about the course that there is a 100% money back guarantee. If you do not think the course is worth the it, they will return your money.

Give them a shot, I completely recommend them.

Donna -

Do you have to be a realtor to become a Certified Short Sale Specialist?
