The City of Edmond has a new user friendly website!
Other than being very easy to navigate throughout the site, they have included a signup to be notified by email or text message when there's been a new website posting. To make it even better, you only have to sign up for one department to receive the updates - not all of them!
City employment opportunities will be posted as well as an online application.
Have a problem? Residents can fill out an online report on problems like neighbors not mowing their lawns.
Civic issues can be reported by downloading a smartphone app called "Citizen Request Tracker". If you see a pothole, graffiti, an abandoned car or other civic issue, the report goes to Edmond's tracker system and will end up in the hands of the right people to take care of it. Photos can also be included with the report on the app.
Utility bills are paid as they have been in the past. There has been no change on those.
