It's time for the annual "Bring One for the Chipper Program."
If you bought a live Christmas tree and you don't know what to do with it now that Christmas is over, no worries. Why not recylce that tree. Gwinnett county has a program that helps to prevent illegal dumping. The program is called "Bring One for the Chipper Program" and it's a partnership with keep Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful program. There are several fire stations where you can drop off tree off begining today through January 16, 2012. All the trees will be collected from the drop spots and on January 21, 2011 all the trees will be chipped into mulch.
Below are the places in Snellvile, Lilburn and Loganville for tree drop offs.
