Well, here are the figures for Rockdale. These sales figures are really not that bad. You would think NO ONE was buying homes these day. But that just isn't true. THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE BUYING HOMES. There just aren't as many of them as there were last year. The graphs below tell the story. These figures are from Georgia MLS and are for single family homes only.
