Seems like there's something for everyone in that area since pricing is in mid $100's to close to $900 in the short time frame you looked at - I do know there are many props over $900k but surprised to see options in the 100-300k -

Thank you for sharing this information. How many months of inventory does 1,910 represent and what % of those units are condos vs. SFR or other?

Good question and good exercise ..... inventory represents 14 months of product and twice as many condos as SFR
