Is Overt Male Nudity An Effective Real Estate Marketing Method?

Do you need something to warm you up a little during this winter period? Did you ask for something saucy from Santa? Does male nudity help sell homes? Australian real estate company Neo Property strikes again and tries to address all of these questions. One question I have: is it effective? The following video which contains nudity and adult content will definitely generate conversation but will it sell the home?

Stephen, I thought it was interesting and compelling. It was tastefully done and unqiue. Marketers always look for new ways to get the message out there. Artful is good. Loved the music and who can say the human body is less than artful. Title of your blog should have something to do with "Artful" and "Upscale". It's all in the presentation of the concept. I liked it!

Hmmm, not sure it's going to sell the house.  My eyes didn't leave the naked guy for one second.  Don't even ask me what the house looked like!
