Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
2 cups white wine or liquor (you can also use either gin, vodka, or beer)
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 cups cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Mix the shrimps in wine or liquor for 30 to 40 minutes.
2. Put the flour, pepper, and salt in a plastic bag. Shake well.
3. Place the shrimps in the plastic bag. Shake well and wait until the shrimps are coated with flour.
4. In a frying pan, place the cooking oil. Deep fry the shrimps (wait until the shrimps floats).
5. After frying, place the shrimp in a plate with napkin or tissue to absorb the excess oil.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
