Totally unexpected but very welcome, the Brookside Santa left an IPAD for me under the tree! I was thinking of buying one next year as I hear everyone rave about them. So here's a question for my fellow AR friends: what are the special apps you use on your IPAD (related to real estate) that you consider indispensible?
I've spent the weekend using it as a PC, playing around with the local MLS and our agent website..I can see where it will be helpful on listing presentations to show sellers the competition. But what else? I don't see using it for blogging, as I feel a regular keyboard is much quicker (or perhaps this will change with practice?).
