Plans for 2012
Plans for 2012
Last year (2011) we grew as a team and added many systems to help us give stellar service to more people.
We closed 65 properties and I am satisfied that we gave consistently great service to the people who entrusted their real estate needs into our hands.
We have a steady stream of listings, and our marketing is second to none. I am satisfied with the experience our sellers have with getting their property promoted aggressively and incessantly by our team and our two full time marketing people.
Buyers have been flocking to us, and in late Spring of 2011 I started the process of recruiting, selecting and then training 4 top notch buyers agents. They are now in place and beginning to be successful. We get over 90 buyer leads a month which keeps them busy.
First they went through an intense program that Keller Williams sponsors called BOLD. That was 10 weeks long, and the combination of training and weekly accountability was spectacular.
We all attended an all day Business Planning seminar put on by Keller Williams in November, and taught by Bruce Hardy. He came to Spokane Washington as an imigrant, with no contacts. Within a few years he was selling 100 houses a year, but was stuck there. He found out how to break through his barrier of 100 transactions a year and went on to sell 200, then 250 homes a year. His team is still functioning, even as he has branched into office ownership and regional involvement.
We all have big goals, so we are entering the new year with GREAT anticipation!
Now our entire team is being coached, and we are putting more structure in place to give clients a truly spectacular experience.
I have to admit, I am over 60 years old, but never have I been more excited about the year to come.
2012 - here we come, ready or not!
