UNEXPECTED AFTER CHRISTMAS ACTIVITY MAKING ITS SELF KNOWN

I am actually surprised by it from the following point of view. I was waiting for after the New Year and then I expected a flurry of inquires only because people shut down during the holidays and then start up again. So what I was expecting came in a week earlier which may indicate a stronger than expected 2012.

POCKETS OF REAL ESTATE

We may be in a declining market in many pockets and still have to go through a flood of foreclosures, but there are lots of fortunate buyers out there that are going to get their monies worth on any purchase they make. When you add the interest rates available to day for those that qualify, you got a Real Estate home run

THEY WILL BE BACK

Let's not forget the ones that bit the dust and took a mortgage bullet early on 3-4 years ago. If they can come up with 3.5-5%, FHA is awaiting them for that fresh start purchase home. Many agents are standing by to help too

COME ON PRESIDENT OBAMA

Now, all we need to see is President Obama play some nice cards and this 2012 could be a significant turn around year or the beginning of one. Real Estate as we once knew it may never return, but getting what you pay for is what this has always been about. Value for anything will always be the sales point

Lets hope this flurry of activity I am experiencing holds and spreads across the United States
