I told my manager that if I don't reach my goals... To Fire Me !?!? I have set very high goals for 2012 and need to go all out to reach them. I have the knowledge, team, desire and ability so I decided to push myself and reach out of my comfort zone and help as many people as I can in the field of real estate. People looking to sell on a normal bases, people in divorce (I deal with a lot of divorce situations now), short sales, relocation's, etc...
A great idea -- but for me, I want a safety net in case my wings don't have time to grow! LOL Wishing you all the best in 2012 and that you reach all your goals and beyond.

Joan, I have to be able to hold myself more accountable and the way I see it is to put myself on the line for results. So if you and everyone else see my blogs with another real estate company then we all will know that I did not reach my goals. Trust me, I do not want to leave Keller Williams.

Gabriella, Trust me if my manager wants to, she could tell me to hit the road. I respect her very much and whatever she tells me to do I do. She been in the business before I was born. I'm 39.
John, We grow by the accountability we hold ourselves too. I and only I can determine my growth. So I put the bullet in the gun for my manager to hold and now I HAVE to reach those goals or the trigger gets pulled.
Steve - I'd love to know your real estate goals. I'm sure that with others holding you accountable (iron sharpens iron), and as God directs clients to you through your outstanding effort as you work heartily for the Lord and not for men, you will realize exactly what your heart desires.
Plan, pray, execute, evaluate, adjust your plan, pray again, execute flawlessly, adjust accordingly and reap the rewards of your efforts. I look forward to tracking with you on the results.

Leslie, We all have habits that make or break us. I have good habits but I am forming habits that are holding me more accountable and then I will become their slaves.
