December 27, 2011 ^ Day 27
Today is my 5 year anniversary of being a Active Rain member, and I haven't always been active as a matter of fact until this December Blogging Challenge I wasn't very active at all. I plan on somehow making today the day I make it to 100K points, and this is my first blog of the day and it's almost midnight. That being said, I'll make this one quick.
Here's what I did Real Estate related to today to make 2012 great:
- Went and took pictures for my Short Sale listing in Ellenwood, GA, posting the listing on AR will be next.
- I scheduled 2 appointments for the first week of January.
- I review the HUD for my closing tomorrow and contacted the attorney to make the appropriate adjustments.
- I followed up with a couple of leads.
- Provided current clients with status on offers.
On a personal note, I also spent the afternoon getting in some family time. I went skating today at Sparkles my favorite skating place in Lawrenceville. I wish I just watched today instead of skating because I came home with a sprained ankle. I took a nasty spill while skating and now I have a sprained ankle so I am limping around. I have lots to do between New Years can't let that stop me.
