My broker and one other agent in our office have been in business over 30 years. They know each house and most of the time who owned it and who owns it now. In some cases, they may have even built a particular house. I guess that's part of the charm of living in a small town. But for me, being relatively new to the area, I find it extremely useful to go on our weekly tours to see the new listings in person.
