OK. I admit it, on a personal level it has been a rough end of the year. Professionally, things are looking up for the new year.
Thankfully, if I am making it through in one piece it is due to my daily workout. I started at the beginning of the month the "Cross-Fit" program. It is hard, demanding but it proved me that I can do anything I put my mind to and I can make it through even the roughest patch. It keeps me sane and relax.
That is all I will write for today except for this: in 2012, I will stick to the basic and pay close attention to the details. I will keep up my workout and take good care of my clients, family/ friends and myself.
