FHA announced today the extention of its anti-flipping waiver regulation through December 2012. It is the hope of the administration that this extention will speed up the resale of foreclosed properties to help stabalize the quality of life in communities highly effected by the mortgage crisis.

Hi Michele - Great minds think alike!
I'm back! It's been a nice break and I'm still on a part-time basis until next year. But I'm getting back into the swing of things none-the less. I posted a blog today on an FHA rule and its effect or benefit on the national housing market.
