Are you looking for a neighborhood with lush tree-lined streets, homes of timeless style and inviting front porches? Look no further, Agritopia subdivision in Gilbert is the place for you! Agritopia is a mixed use community. This means that it is not strictly a residential development. There are also gardens, stores, educational facilities, restaurants, churches, and other uses as a part of the plan. The Agritopia Project is an effort to design and build a neighborly community around an urban farm. Driven by principle rather than economics alone, the project attempts to solve several problems common in current development neighborhoods lacking character and livability and the complete elimination of Arizona's agricultural heritage.

Gilbert Real Estate, Gilbert Homes

Gilbert is a beautiful and peaceful suburb, with a focus on family and education. Residents here are involved in the maintenance and development of their town, drawing economic opportunity and new residents to the region. Over 1,000 people relocate to Gilbert each month, which has resulted in the town's population doubling every five years since 1980.

Just miles outside of metropolitan Phoenix, Gilbert itself encompasses 43 square miles. The town was planned with the "city of villages" concept, creating parks, trails and businesses all within walking distance of residential communities. For those who crave open space, Gilbert offers gated communities and equestrian properties. Its 190,000 residents are an average age of 30 years old, with an above-average household income, education and affordable housing.

Generally, Mesa is on the north and east side of Gilbert, Chandler to the west and Queen Creek to the south and east. Directly S. of Gilbert is the Gila River Indian Community, or more commonly called reservation. Within an easy drive from Gilbert you will be able to pick friends up at SkyHarbor Airport, enjoy an evening out in downtown Scottsdale, go hiking in the largest county park in the country, South Mountain Park and go to any major sporting event that is playing. Phoenix is home to the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Phoenix Coyote’s, and of course the Arizona Cardinals. As well as all of that you will have fun in the sun all spring when baseball’s Spring training comes to Arizona. These are just a few of the attractions you will find when visiting the Metro-Phoenix area. Once you have determined that Gilbert is the place you want to be just give us a call. Part of our package to home buyer’s and relocation clients is that we spend as much time as necessary to explain the in’s and out’s of the community as well as the county. For instance, Arizona does not have daylight savings time, our clocks never get moved up or back. In October we plant what is called winter perennial grass so that we have green grass all winter. We have enough water to sustain our consumption for up to 6+ million people. The list could go on.
