Does Anyone Do Telemarketing These Days? If so, how do you do it legally?
I would really like to be able to contact people directly...can someone share with me their experience? I'm concerned about the "do not call" laws.

If you use a company such as RedX, it tells you which people are on the do not call list and that reolves your issue. I find this the simplest way to avoid that issue.

I personally have not done any telemarketing...but I have heard of a few agents who have...and that do not call list is definatly an issue with them...
