I received a call the day before Christmas Eve from a past client. It turns out that he is ready to sell an investment property that he has been rehabbing since March of 2011. He wanted to know if I was available to come right out to list it. 
There was no question in my mind that this took precedence over all of the cards, organizing, blogging, baking and cleaning that was going on at the time. I set the appointment for later that day and went right out.
