Day 30- 31 Days of December Challenge. 30 down and One more to go.
Well I must say just like any other challenge,this one is tough. However it is going to help me prepare for 2012. Reading some of other people's blogs for this December Challenge has been helpful. That's one of the reason why I really enjoy this challenge. We are all here to help each other and Active Rain is great for doing that. So here is what I did today.
- Finally finished reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller. Next book is going to be from three choices that I have in mind. One of the books is on REO and the other two are on Real Estate Investing.
- After having our deal stalled for a while My clients have agreed to help out the homeowner in getting some things done after the Seller said that she is going to fix the repairs to meet FHA Standards. Bank of America Short sale so hopefully in January/February 2012 we should be going to closing.
- Social Media Activity.
- Trying to figure out why my www.klout.com keeps dropping. I need to impress my home buyer and seller clients.
- Read some Real Estate Magazines. Give me some ideas on how to write better Real Estate Ads.
- Read some blogs.
- Wrote this one.
Tomorrow is definitely going to be "THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS PLAN". Guess Larry Bettag didn't get my e-mail? What did you all do today to promote your Real Estate Business? Please share.
