Excellent Video Training! Crash course in how to be a successful house flipper.

I could only stomach the 2 minutes of this video.

 As a person who has bought and sold many homes, I thought at first this was just suppose to be a comedy about flipping, but as I watched the whole thing I think you (they) were serious about this as a a basic training tool, either way it fails both tests, comedically and professionally - I will look at the web site posted at the end of the video to see if what is posted on the site is any better. At least it does give me some ideas about posting VALID information about those who want to Flip on my site.
