I'm in the New Year's spirit -- but after seeing a house today, I'm thinking Halloween. This is the basement:

You can just never stop saying "why". What get's into a persons head. Have a safe, healthy and ton's of money New Year.
That is too funny! We owned a home in Philadelphia years ago, with a lovely garden, very nicely laid out. From the upstairs window, we observed that the garden beds were laid out in the shape of an "F", the first initial of the sellers' last name.
That is so something my husband would do if I turned my back for a minute! :)
