2011 was an awesome year for me, so I'm kind of sad to see it go. I met all of my goals and in the process proved to myself that my belief in the power of content marketing (I hate the word blog) and social media were not misguided.
My goal for personal sales was modest-18 homes. My goal for my internet based business was also rather modest-6 referrals paid. Luckily I hit the first goal right on the head. The second goal I doubled. Woo Hoo! 12 sales farmed out to others.
How did I create enough leads to be able share them with others? By blogging. Dang, there's that beautifully ugly word again. 436 posts in a variety of places.
