Actually, I can only think of seven items. I pondered my personal Top Ten list of inspection items both buyers and sellers encounter but fell short.
Please help me complete my list of "most common inspection items buyers find" so that I can prepare my buyer for next week's inspection.
- The furnace needs servicing.
- There is water in the crawl space (Really! In Washington?)
- The vapor barrier or insulation in the crawl space is missing or needs repair.
- There is earth to wood contact on the siding.
- The window(s) have a blown seal.
- The hot water tank is ending it's life span.
- There are two wires tapping into one breaker at the electrical panel.
I look forward learning what other great agents have found.
