Hope you enjoy the article(s). I found them both fascinating. I am beginning to wonder how many times this situations are occurring my my area, and I don't get notice, since I do not read much local news. I have heard of squatters in some foreclosed homes form other agents, and I have spoken to people who have not made payments for more than a year and are stilling living in their homes. I wonder if this will get to be a new National Pastime??
