Here are events in Hollywood that are free to all. I have never heard of a Candy Cane parade and had no idea that they're that revered!!
Post event comment: It ended up being a decent-sized parade with many floats. The Miami-Herald covered the event and had several pictures. Who would have known candy canes are such a big part of Hollywood?!
