I am a Troy MI Realtor and have been in the real estate industry for over six years. Towards the end of 2010 I decided to take my business in a new direction and haven't looked back since!
I have began to cater towards Oakland County MI Short Sales and still continue to assist buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate. I was a little hesitant to brand myself as only a Short Sale Realtor, but so far it has paid off.
I received a call from my Team Leader at the Keller Williams Troy Market Center last week. He was letting me know that I was the only Troy MI Realtor to rank as 3rd in the Keller Williams Mid-West region for the number of closed transactions I completed in November 2011.
For me, this is a HUGE accomplishment!
As an individual agent, I have been wanting to build a brand that is well recognized. Ben Lang Properties is my brand that I have kicked off and I am now seeing that all the hard work in 2011 is paying off.
No one said it would be easy, and most of us know that this business is definitely NOT easy!
As a Troy MI Realtor who is actively engaged in social media and building more professional connections, I look forward to another successful year in 2012.
