Chester NJ Real Estate - Beacon Hill EstatesBeacon Hill Estates is one of, if not the most prestigious and sought after places to live in  Chester NJ. In all, there are 45 luxury homes set amongst the gentle rolling hills in the southern edge of town just northwest of beautiful  Roxiticus Valley. The location is convenient to dining, shopping, schools, banking, commuting, etc. just minutes away in quaint Chester Borough, and only 2 miles away from neighboring Peapack Gladstone, where there is access to NJ Transit train service to NYC  on the Gladstone branch of the Morris & Essex line.

As you can see from the graphs below, the number of homes Sold in Beacon Hill over the past 7 years has been fairly steady with the exceptions of 2008 and 2010 where there were zero homes sold and then an above average amount (5) homes in respective years. The remaining five years indicate 2 to 3 homes being sold as the norm. The Average Sale Price of all homes Sold in Beacon Hill has showed a steady decline over the past 7 years from a high in 2006 of nearly $1.4M to just under $1M at the close of 2011.
