Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup white and brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tspn vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tspn baking soda
1 tspn salt
1 1/2 tspns ground cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oats
nuts or raisin
Instruction:
1. Mix white sugar, butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat the eggs then add the vanilla.
2. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix in oats. Add nuts or raisins, mix into dough, mix well. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour.
3. Preheat the oven (75 degrees F (190 degrees C)). Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
4. In preheated oven, bake the cookie for 8 to 10 mins . Allow cookies to cool for 5mins on a baking sheet before moving to a wire rack
5. Cool completely.
