Good recommendation.  I am not familiar with Fortune Delight.  If it helps control weight and healthy, those are very good attributes.

Thanks for the comment Roy!  Fortune Delight is amazing, it is designed to cleanse the body, not necessarily to help people lose weight, but it is a very nice side effect.
