We, as many, enjoyed our friends and family over the holiday season and wish all we didn't get to see or spend time with a prosperous 2012!

We are so encouraged moving into the new year as our Watson Realty, St. Augustine Beach Office have seen a 14% uptick with Real Estate in Saint Augustine from the previous year.

From our home to yours, we wish you all a blessed new year, one with maybe fewer short sales and more regular sales! :)
