Closed another South Florida Short Sale on December 30th, my last Short Sale closing for 2011. It was another smooth Short Sale closing - oh how I love it when I can report that I sold a Short Sale after negotiating the sale for my distressed Sellers and it all worked out nicely!
- The Sellers received an offer within 9 days and received Short Sale approval in less than 30 days.
- The Inspections went fine
- The Appraisal came in on the dot at the Sales price
- The Buyer received their loan approval
These are noted characteristics that I pray for with each Short Sale Closing.
