We have had amazing weather here in Las Vegas this week. It is going to be 70 tomorrow. With weather like this it is easy to see why we live in Vegas.

With prices below replacement cost now is the time to purchase an investment property of vacation home. With nice homes below $ 100,000 investors are seeing nice returns.

I wish I were in Las Vegas right now! Those temps definitely beat what we have in the SF Bay Area - much colder and foggy. Enjoy the sunshine.
